Vault Markets is a ****!

I deposited money on Monday, today is Wednesday and i still dont have the money in my wallet. I've sent them proof of payment(with bank statements), been sending them emails and all they tell me is that the Finance department is still investigating. This is by far the worst broker I have ever used. They are a ****!!!!!!!!
