Vault market , *****

On the 5th of January 2024 I transferred 1800 from MT5 to my vault wallet and my wallet balance is zero, I've been trading with vault for about 1 year now they always have issues, I'm highly frustrated, there support is useless and sickening, I'm still waiting for an agent to help, to my surprise when I log onto vault under transaction history the transaction is not reflecting, basically they ****** my money, I would like to send an email to regulation board and even get awareness on radio about them.
