VAULT IS A ****

I created a vault markets account in my business name which required me to submit certain documents, including a tax certificate/letter of Good Standing. I sent in all my documents and got told i was verified.

I tried to make a withdrawal and they declined it on the basis that they do not accept tax compliance status (TCS). The strange thing is that the TCS system replaced the previous system where SARS manually issues you with a certificate. Instead, they issues you a pin to view the tax status of an individual or company in real-time.

It's beyond me why they don't know this and actually refuse to accept my tax compliance status. A simple google search will prove what I'm saying, any accountant or even SARS themselves will say the same thing.

I will be taking this matter further to the FSCA and the FAIS Ombud office.
