Such bad service from Vault Markets, I get told the same story that the finance department will get back to me regarding refunding my money, this is poor poor service ,all i want is just my money back ,you guys can deactivate my account and i will look for other brokers. i have sent multiple emails,whats apps and even called to ask to speak to management but dololo with regards to request and that is all they say is that its been escalated to the finance department which will get back to me via email
