Money lost/******

This company accepted my money without proper verification. I have sent them my Bitcoin account withdraw details. It has been 2 weeks and my money is not with Vault and it is not in my Bitcoin account. I send them daily emails and they just keep escalating my problem but don't give me feedback. They can't tell me where my money is or what happened to it. They can't give me the Bitcoin transaction hash either.
