Deposits don’t reflect and withdrawals are declined with this broker.

To be honest 1 star is generous for the amount of nonsense I have been put through by this broker. If I could give 0 I would. I made a withdrawal on the 4 and a deposit on the 3 (all this happened WEEKS AGO). The deposit did not reflect on the dashboard although the money left my account and my withdrawals was declined. I have not been able to trade since they had locked up my funds with them this has caused me to miss multiple high probability setups which would have yielded me a lot of profits. Now I’ve been waiting patiently but after 3 weeks I’m sick and I’m tired. For the past 3 weeks I’ve been told that they talking to the technical team and the financial department. When requesting proof that my quarry has been escalated they tell me they will send it but they never do. At this point I’m going to the police because I’ve been patient enough and nothing is being done. These people are playing with peoples money. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. Take your money elsewhere.
