Deposit not reflecting

If it were possible i would give you no stars at all. I made a deposit yesterday at 11:11 using OZOW, the platform decided to bomb out but the money left my account. They asked me for multiple documents which I have submitted and they are apparently still working on sorting out the issue? 24 hours later?????

Why am I being punished for a system bombing out? After all of that i sent a proof of payment and my bank statement to confirm this. I also reached out to OZOW for assistance and they stated that the money is in their account and that they need me to forward a proof of payment and bank statement to Vault Markets. I did all of this but still nothing?

This isn't the standard of customer service I expect.
