****: Could not Take Profits

Price has reached and moved past my TP level and the trade did not automatically close. (It was not a high volume or low volume scenario as spreads were normal).

I subsequently tried to manually close my trade and the broker did not allow me to do so. Consequently I lost cash relative to the full target.

When contacting customer support, they randomly respond with unrelated issues as if it answers the question and solves the issue.

I was a loyal customer for 2 years and now this. I immediately withdrew all my capital and suggest everybody do the same to avoid these ****s.

I also prompted all my mentees to liquidate from Vault Markets.
