Once they have their money, they dont care!

I registered for 3 courses with Vaughnn Excellence. Knowing that these are only theoretical courses, I did not expect much. Once I paid, I received my books via Email and was given my examination dates. The books however was the normal Manuals you would receive when purchasing either of the programs, which was *******ly distributed as they have copyright. HoweverI continued and studied my material for my first test which was on 25 Nov '4, I received my test, completed it and sent it back. I received my results the next day. The problem began when they had to send my certificate to me, first the lady said she will collect quotes from couriers as the post office was still on strike, but a week past and I had no feedback from them, after which I went on leave for December. January came and still no courier was arranged for me to receive my certificate. My next test was on 20 Jan '15, there was no communication from them prior to my test even though I did send an email to confirm everything is ready. I received my test, completed it and sent it back. I''ve been waiting for my results for 3 weeks and have sent multiple emails to both ladies and I've received no response from them
