No response to multiple email queries

I am a customer of Raru who has many outstanding orders. I read a few articles on the internet that mentioned that they are going to be Raru's liquidators. I have contacted them twice for information on what I must do (once via the email address page on their website and once via the email address on their Cintacts page). To date I have not received any response from them. I consider this lack of response to be unprofessional and rude.
