<p>After having spoken to Vaughn Ulyate the night before and asking him for advise over the Phone , he says you can come and see me tomorrow , but i wont be avaiable to sit in but will point you in the Direction of the Right guy ! (question ?) whats the cost or is there a cost ,( Reply) , no man just bring us of your work thats all.</p> <p>so what time will be suited? , i will confirm and call you in the morning with a time . thanks see you then.</p> <p>next day we meet and we get to meet Tiaan and he sits us down in the board room and starts explaining what they would do , i call my client on the phone and he liaises with Tiaan at this point Tiaan points out what the cost implications would be and my client advises that we are going to stick to the original plan with our first attorney as starting thios new one with Ulyate would be to costly going forward . Tiaan then proceeds to say that should ther be anything else we can just call him and if ther was any instructions of which there was none given all i asked if he could forward me a copy of the PIE act and so he did the very same day! two months later i receive a invoice billing amount of R1543.25 to be settled immediately . WOW , yes WOW not having been told of the no fee but now this so , today i called and guess what? im told that when you see a doctor for a consultation and its done he bills you ! i agree but asking the Doctor upfront if he charges and then getting a bill , ***!!!!. then to be told by the very same person just pay the bill and get it over with and then putting the phone down in your face WOWWW an ATTORNEY well recomened by me for future preffrences and gues what the sad part is Him and Tiaan sing the same tune about the doctor aint that just tipicale . </p>
