Vastivox Renovations

I’m honestly lost for words , it feels like I’m in a worse situation now than before the renovation started. Since the work commenced it has been a great struggle getting the renovation done in a proper manner, and we had to jump in numerous times to rectify “the contractors” work. A renovation was supposed to be a new happy fresh beginning, which obviously is not the case. We have been living in chaos and sleeping in our Livingroom since March this year. This is emotionally draining and is taking a toll on my kids and family.

List of problems that I can recall now that is still not rectified Windows skew and not properly plastered Bathroom walls still skew after all the walls was stripped Shower floor had to be re-done 3 times due to tilling not done properly and drain was put in skew (we had to pay for the shower tiles twice Shower wall done twice (it was too thick and skew) Walls had to be painted twice as it was not sanded off after electrical work and patching of walls were done ( we had to pay for the sanding machines ) Passage ceiling done twice as it was not level Cupboards was done twice and then removed as they were unable to install proper cupboards Mosaics in bathroom was done I think 3 times , tilling problems , skew, broken mosaics , not level…. Bath was done 3 times still not right… Air vents not completely sealed

I have not received the service that I paid for - now busy with legal action and they are not responding Also some photos on their social media is very deceiving .Photos of our renovation I pointed out with sticky notes on walls all the problems and still they add it to social media as a successful renovation. Hopefully I can get my kids into their new bedrooms by Christmas as promised in the beginning of the year
