Bad service

I wanted to use the services of this company and no matter how many times I called, I was told to send e mails. The e mails went unattended and when I went all the way to see them in Pretoria, the staff were too busy to see me and promised to mail me replies to my mails but never did.

VASSCO apparently treat new suppliers even worse. A company www. e-thereal.co.za was telling me they had the same terrible treatment when trying to make an appointment to become a supplier. They were ignored and had promises made to them that were just never fulfilled. I know times are hard and people are busy but its no excuse to treat people badly. Its just plain rude!
