R24k ****med for a Floor That Lasted Less Than 1 Week! Avoid Vasari Projects!

I am writing this to warn the public to absolutely avoid Vasari Projects. They took R24,098.00 of my hard-earned money for shocking workmanship, failed products, and zero accountability. We contracted them to change the colour of our Cemcrete floors in a small bathroom (5m2), TV room, and passage (32m2). Before we paid, they explicitly confirmed they could do the job. Less than two weeks later, the floor is completely ruined. The product is peeling off everywhere. The entire surface is covered in ugly watermarks and paintbrush streaks. In the bathroom, you can still see the original base colour showing right through their work. Marks from shoes can also not be cleaned, we must basically work with sock on the floor. The Bathroom is the worst and we will have to redo the whole bathroom. When we complained about this terrible quality, their response was an absolute joke. They claimed it was just a "temporary floor." No one in their right mind would pay R24k for a floor meant to last less than 7 days. To make matters worse, we contacted the product supplier directly and discovered the actual product is not even expensive—meaning Vasari Projects massively overcharged us for an amateur application. They have completely refused to come out to fix their mess, and they refuse to refund us. This is daylight *******. Do not trust their promises or their confirmations. Save your money and your sanity, and hire a professional company instead. Vasari Projects will take your money and leave you with ruined floors. happy to share photos with anyone enquiring.
