Over sells, under delivers. Avoid.

When we contracted Vasari/For the love of Concrete to resurface several floors in our home we expected a durable concrete screed floor. The product Chester and team put in was a plaster screed with a polyurethane topcoat. Corners were not square, surfaces uneven and not level. The topcoat had cracks and bubbles which have resulted in water getting below to the plaster, which is beginning to break down. When we informed Chester of our concerns he has been condescending and aggressive. He alternates between insisting there is nothing wrong and it is perfect, to false promises that his team will touch up, or the manufacturer will come and inspect the job, to suggesting we are the problem, and finally providing a new quote for an epoxy coating, which is almost as expensive as what he has already been paid. We are very disappointed by the resulting floor surface which has devalued our property, and the lack of accountability or effort to correct from Chester/Vasari.
