Vartrust is the worst estate agent I've used

The agent placed people (the Son and daughter of old family friends of hers) in my unit for a rental price lower than what I asked without discussing it with me. I had done market research.

She started to be rude and spoke to me with an attitude as if she was doing me a favor

After the tenants moved in there were a few items that needed fixings, the agreement was that she would get 2 or 3 quotes. She went ahead and got someone she knew to do the job. They did not complete the work but I was charged over R4000. When I got a quote for the same work by a professional contractor he charged a little over R2000 Inc call out and labor. The tenantslease ended and they moved out and those items are still not fixed and Renée the owner of Vartrust says I should follow up with their handyman with regards to his incomplete work...

Renee is also very rude and has a disgusting attitude. Never has solutions. Puts responsibility oon me to do things that I've paid her to do during the lease. I'm always chasing her for answers, she doesn't know what her agents that she employs have been doing and doesn't take responsibility for her wrongs.
