Horrible service.... Horrific

So I go on property 24 looking for a house to buy and I come across a house on sale at Diepkloof, so I contact the agent ( German Tsela) who listed the house, so apparently I need a pre-qualification certificate and if not show proof of my bank statement to show I'll be buying a house CASH...

Then this agent ( German Tsela) goes again telling me that's how the company operates. I must say the service is a disaster.

So how does one get Pre- qualification without offer to purchase, and why does the agent want my bank statement.

Oh again he says 'genuine buyers don't have a problem" so that simply meant I'm not genuine buyer..... Pathetic

How do you put sales people like him to sell your brand, I must say, really disgusted by the service I received.
