frustrated tenant

Good day, Im so disappointed with the service I received from the agency. I was assisted with one of your agent to get a bachelor in mofolo Soweto last moth and only founded out that the one I got was small well had to get the bigger one.

since I paid for the R4600 , ive been having issues

1 the room was very dirty hwen I got there I had to clean it myself 2 I was told that they will paint it took two weeks to paint 3 when finally I moved the was bathroom was leaking, sink was leaking and next to the toilet sit .I had to move my bed because of water leakage .

Can I ask is it fair for me to pay R2300 while been given the bad service till today I'm sleep with water leaking and I'm due to pay tomorrow.

I Really need to be responded as I'm not gonna be able to pay even now I'm waiting for the guy to come fix.
