Dissatisfied tenant

Worst tenant support ever! The town home I stay in has endless issues and they drag their feet to help you. One has to throw a fit before getting assisted. As a tenant you are expected to figure things out by yourself whilst full rent is expected. It took them 3 months to help me with black mold in the unit. Now I have being living with no hot water for 3 days whilst paying rent of R8300.00 per month. Like really?!?!
