Disappointing

What a terrible experience. Signed contract to move in 1st of the month, only to find out place was not fully painted and renovated or cleaned prior to moving in. Cupboards for bedrooms and kitchen were broken, bathrooms dirty, floors unclean. I have the terrible pictures. The place was not conducive environment for a normal person to live in. We complained and almost two weeks later, the place was still not done. The terrible thing is that we paid the deposit and the monthly rental of which we would loose a big part of it if we refused to move in. We were told the contract did not even allow us to get that much and we had to be happy with loosing almost R 10 000 OF our hard earned cash because Vartrust refused to be faithful on their part of the contract. The owner of the business does not take calls except a threatening message when we told her we wanted a refund.

Definitely will be more careful when signing a contract and will never trust them again
