Varsity Wear - Total lack of service and customer satisfaction

Varsity Wear advertise exclusive student wear (T-shirts, hoodies etc.) on Instagram and Facebook. I have placed an order after seeing one of their adverti*****ts on the Tuks Engineering Instagram account. After two weeks, I still have not received the order, nor any communication from Varsity wear. I have sent numerous mails, but to no avail. Then I managed to send a whatsup to follow up on the status of my order. Various excuses followed and I realized that the t-shirts have not even been printed yet. When I asked for a refund, I was told it is not possible. Upon complaining about lack of service and communication, I received a blasé message stating "They would strive to do better" Total lack of service and absolutely no customer orientation. I would not recommend them to anyone!
