Varsity rentals

I wouldn't want any Black person to rent with them. It took them 2 weeks, 7 calls and 1 physical visit for them to pay my key deposit and mind you they did not even pay it in full, when I inquire about why my deposit is not in full they said that it's for cleaning but I thoroughly cleaned that flat when I moved out because I didn't want them touching my deposit for cleaning..I have evidence of how I cleaned that flat and that there was no cleaning done in my previous flat because I now stay in the same floor and I monitored if there will be any cleaning done and there was no such. Varsity rentals is one rude, lousy rental company and they get agitated if you point out and report faults within their flat..varsity rentals think that all of us are students and don't actually know the ins and outs of rental regulations, tribunals and such
