Refund

Varsity Rentals act like ****ers. Did my application with their agent. It was approved and the lease was sent to me. I signed the lease abd the agent said I must now pay R1050 to secure my place. Two weeks down the line he calls me to saymy application was dis aproved coz i have kids. I ndicated from the start that i had kids before my application was approved. The agent promised me that they will refund my money. Now am calling the office they tell me that the agent is no longer working for them. They are being rude and they are now ignoring my calls.
