Poor poor customer service and commitment

I have had a very turbulent history with this company. on numerous occasions i have had to engage with them to tell them that i have not received any rental from a student flat they manage for me. Currently i am four months out of pocket where they don't even have the decency to engage with me directly and keep me informed on what is happening. if it is not due to my initiative, it seems as if nothing happens
