Poor customer service from Varsity Rentals Potchefstroom

Initially the staff was very helpful to get the contract in place. This means income for them so we were sent text messages and phoning to ensure the contract is signed. Now that the contract has ended it is extremely difficult to get through to the office or cell phone numbers. I inquired when the deposit will be paid back and to date, now two weeks later, still no feedback. I sent a mail and contacted them on the office number to no avail.

This rental company has the worst costumer service I ever experienced.
