Disgruntled student

<p>I am a student at Riviera Varsity Lodge and it's been three years now. There is a huge board advertising free wifi and it's been absolutely unreliable. As students, the demand for wifi is really high seeing as most of the learning takes place over the internet. We have been made numerous promises all to no avail. It is quite frustrating to pay so much money for rent and still not get value for money. I am not sure what company is responsible for the provision of wifi but if we are not going to be able to access wifi, the advert on the board should be taken down as this constitutes false advertising and can be prosecuted by law. I would appreciate if something drastic is done about this. </p>
