Appalling Service

I have been staying at Martindale Varsity Lodge for three years and not once did I ever default on payment. At the beginning of this year they told me I am not funded by my bursary so they gave me a week to either move out or pay cash. I paid cash, an amount of R3650 for February only to find out that I am funded by my bursary and the bursary proceeded to pay my rent. I requested a refund and it was promised to me from March. It is now 5 months later and I am still waiting for this refund. The whole management of Varsity Lodge has been giving me the run around with my money yet they had given me only a week to either pay up or leave. I am extremely disgruntled with the service and how they have handled my matter. Every day I have to hound them to do their job and I still dont have my refund. I wonder if I will ever receive it. I would not recommend this place to any student at all. I have had the worst experience with this student accommodation.
