Varsity College does not care about its Students!

Good day

I am in total disbelief that Varsity College can deny my niece an opportunity to graduate. They say that she has submitted her ALC late. She says she submitted on time. That is not the argument here. Anna is one of the top students in that class and I noticed that Varsity College does not care about what this whole situation will do to Anna. The Graduation Ceremony is next month and everyone behaves like we are asking them to move a mountain. Anna is devastated and wants to celebrate this achievement with her friends and loved ones. I need some form of intervention for the College to consider putting Anna on the list.

We are not asking for a remark or for the results to be reviewed but for my niece to graduate. The Principal's name is Lyndsay and Leilena refuses to put themselves in their student's shoes. I thought they were all about the students, their development and well being. What if this leaves Anna depressed and suicidal? No one is thinking of that.
