Varsity College-Dbn / Unbelievably Inconsiderate!

I am also being bul**** to pay, when I made partpayments during lockdown, although I informed the accs depart. that I was not working. Inspite of sending them letters from my employer they said it will be reviewed in Dec. Now they say that I didnot produce bank s/ments so it is declined. (banks were closed) They have added stress to me now, saying that assignments and exams will be terminated? How inconsiderate and unfair,,, although I said I will pay the balance by next month. And should we be paying full fees for what we received this year????
