Unacceptable.
The food is expensive and portions are unacceptable. We are students. Not all of us have salaries and if we do have a salary it’s not even that of a working adults. They should be a little considerate and lower prices. My friend ordered a large portion of fries and it filled literally less than half of a normal take away container. Staff is impolite and impatient.

Following the concerns that have been brought to our attention by students, regarding the food and pricing at Sam Browns, The IIE’s Varsity College has engaged at a national level with Sam Browns (an independent service provider). Sam Browns were very receptive to the issues raised and have resolved to conduct a student survey to gain input on student requirements and to potentially introduce menu items at lower prices to supplement the existing options . Sam Browns is committed to offering meals at a fair price.
