Dear Mr McConnell,<br> <br> This in response to your reply to my friend's complaint and serves as my complaint as well.<br> <br> I find it very sad that you are treating this matter with such triviality and you are trying to just water it down without getting to the bottom of it. This matter has a potential of having very unpleasant consequences unless it is given the seriousness and honesty it deserves. <br> <br> I feel that if you went around and made a thorough investigation as I did, you would know that not all of my fellow white students who bought tickets for R20 did so because they presented a half-price raffle. This information is making rounds and our white friends are also disturbed by this and ready to provide proof of what I am talking about. The SLB members can also bear witness to this.<br> <br> Instead of blaming the casualdo what is right and apologise to the students, both black and white for this, because it was done without our knowledge and it puts our relations at risk as students. I wish you could see light and reason in this and do the right thing, otherwise you will make way for more serious actions. At this time in our country we do not need such. Let us all act responsibly
