Sam Brown- Lord of the flies

We are continuously told to watch what we put on the internet but there is a limit as to how far you can go to keep things under wraps. Sams Browns is the worst catering business ever! That isn't just a general comment but a real life fact. I ordered a toasted cheese sandwich and brownie from them. While I was waiting for my food, i saw flies in the display case sitting on the brownies they were about to give me. I went to go and ask for a refund for it and told the lady that there was flies in the case. She gave me a look as if to say theres something wrong with me not wanting to eat fly eggs. This then got me wondering about the food they actually make at the back. They don't use gloves and it does not look very clean. Do health inspectors do pop up inspections or are they just winging it for lack of better words. It alarms me that as a consumer I don't feel fully comfortable abou the products I purchase at the varsity. As this is the only source of food close to the varsity, I wonder if I should starve or just eat as if my school fees are not tremendously high and I come from the shacks.
