Rudeness and lack of communication

i have been studying at varsity college for three years now and have always had admin problems but today took it to a whole new level!! i was not contacted prior to my classes starting and had to phone in today and was told i had started today ! my HOD was extremely rude and denied all allocations of me not receiving any communication and that it was my fault for not being in class.<br> <br> this always happens daily at this excuse for a varsity and i am sick of it! there is no structure and the blatant disregard for us students who pay the high fees is disgusting. the rudeness we are faced with when complaining or asking for help is unnecessary and these issues need to be addressed as i know i am not the only one who feels this way.<br> <br> it will be my last semester at varsity college and i am so glad i will be leaving soon i will never recommend this place to anyone as the admin and structure and over all workings at this institution are appalling!
