REFUND REQUEST - No application processed.

Good day, PLEASE HELP WITH REFUND! Good day, I queried online regarding studing for my son at IIE Varsity College DBN North. A very friendly and helpful lady assisted me via whatsapp. I believed that the college takes NSFAS students and my son currenlty has been provissionaly approved from NSFAS. I am a desparate mother trying everything to get my son studing. The lasy told me I have to move very fast so she has the late application fee 25th Feb morning and the supporting document. I paid the amoiunt and sent her the docs just after 9am.

Just after telling her I have emailed the documents., I reminded her about NSFAS. she said Varsity College does not take NSFAS.

the application was not processed yet, I had not even received an offer yet. I had merely just sent the documents. Please have mercy and refund me this R1750. As a single mother trying to make ends meet, losing this money would greatly inconvenience. Also, it was a rush, the lady gauranteed me space after paying this amount.

Please consider my apeal for the refund of R1750 fee.
