PLEASE DO NOT SCHOOL HERE

I’ve had problems. During my second semester last year a module wasn’t uploaded and forced me to miss submissions and after going to explain only one half was sorted. I called asking if I would at least be allowed a Special Resubmission as I qualified but was denied. During the holidays I called Varsity College and came to the campus directly to campus to register for my second year to which they had told me that I passed my modules I have nothing to worry out but when campus opened I was told that I failed and I have to retake a module and drop my degree entirely . They asked me who I spoke to but I don't remember, what I don't understand is why must I remember when they should know when I paid my fees there was nothing of that module. it is a big inconvenience and my studies this year and I’m genuinely depressed and upset. They mention policies but everytime I check the policy I notice I’m allowed an appeal and exception but I suppose it’s too much work because I’m denied and blamed. I sometimes wish I never interacted with Varsity College. The really funny thing is that there hasn’t been a single talk of refunding my money as well.
