No Transport provided

On the 8th of July 2015 the varsity college running team was running a team event in the evening. The captain booked transport for the team 2 weeks before and was told it was booked,only to be told 2 days before the event that their is no bus available to the team. This is unacceptable. We had to organise our own transport all of a sudden which we did. But on principle this is utterly unacceptable
