No response for my refund

I have been sent from pillar to post. I have dealt with 3 people. To be fair Tyson responds and tries however he and I both are ignored. I paid R5000 in Dec 15. However my son is attending another institution and to date is STILL NOT REGISTERED WITH UNISA. I asked for a refund and was refered to Cheryl Adams who i emailed on 12,21,22,25 of jan , 13 feb all of which NO RESPONSE. I mailed Tyson he gave me the relevant forms which i sent back on the 16.02.16. I followed up on 18.02 He said he sent then to the Head accountant on the 29.02 i emails Duonette and still NO RESPONSE! This is unfair and i have been patient. He can not study at varsity college he isnt registered with Unisa i am in awe at the manner in which this has been handled. I was advised that i would be given my money back if UNISA DOES NOT ACCEPT MY SON. Now i have to literally beg to be heard when it was too easy to take the payment in the first place ! Who governs these people . Which body do i contact?
