Matter Solved

I recently complained about a situation on Hellopeter, like a week ago and the matter was attended to in less than 24 hours. <br> <br> I must say I was highly impressed, in the manner in which the situation was solved. I feel it wasn't necessary for me to complain on Hellopeter, but because I wasn't thinking straight at the time I complained, I did it out of anger.<br> <br> I would like to advise all students, to book an appointment with the principal if you are not happy about something, rather than posting a complaint on Hellopeter. The principal will resolve the issue. <br> <br> I complained out of anger, and I am highly sorry if I had offended anyone in some sort of way. <br> <br> I am really grateful that the principal attended to the matter really fast.<br> <br> I appreciate the fact that the principal took off her time to resolve the issue.<br> <br> #TeamVarsityCollegePta<br> <br> I am HAPPY<br> <br> <br> <br>
