I AM FRUSTRATED!
I am being asked to pay for 3 modules that I already paid for in 2019 just because the student app**** for credits late! The college tells me this is a 'fair administrative system'! How ethical is this! Students did not attend lectures for the most part of this year, yet we are still paying fees in full, on top of it I should pay twice for 3 modules!. Anything that benefits the account payer is apparently 'not allowed by the system'. Are they going to write off fees that are not paid at the end of the year since they can't mix previous year's transactions with the current year, as I have been told?. Parents choose private colleges and pay fortunes in fees, hoping the service will be better! I was referred to so many people yet the query still remains unresolved or, 'resolved, according to them, by asking me to just pay again'.

This is a matter which indeed dragged on, but this has been due largely to the failure on the student to follow the required process in 2019, despite repeated attempts on our part to assist, which are all on record.
The academic credit issue was resolved in 2020 as soon as process was followed, but this did not change your financial liability for the modules in the year prior, for which the student was registered.
We are attempting to contact you to arrange a meeting with the Head of Campus to discuss and bring this matter to final conclusion.
