Durban North branch

I paid my application fee of R1750 and pre reg fee of R2500 but was undecided of what to choose I then choose teaching but soon realised I did not meet the requirements and asked for a refund after going back and forth with my student advisor he agreed to speak to his manager who then agreed,only after did I request for a refund then did they request for my documents like I'd copy and matric certificate which I think should have being requested when I paid the money, the creditors department had us going back and forth and made me fill the refund form twice and it took way more then 21 days for the money to be refunded and only R2500 was refunded back which was unfair in my opinion,my dad requested the manger to call him back and uptill now he still did receive a call.Head office needs to really look in to their Durban North branch beacuse their creditors department and other departments need to catch a wakeup,end of day it's not about the money that was paid it's about the principal's as well
