Dissapointing

Broken systems, accompanied by impersonal processes that are flawed. Nothing that was promised has been delivered. I turned down a respected degree at UCT for the stable and nurturing environment of VC, largely due to my chronic illness. dealing with various people over the last 3 years has only added unnecessary stress making it more difficult to manage my illness. lots of wasted time and energy spent having to sort out basic things that in isolation aren't significant but as a collective are unacceptable. As a service provider they do not have their clients best interests at heart and when speaking to admin you are spoken at and not spoken to making your concerns and feelings seem invalid. I would move if I haven't already wasted over R100000 in fees and 3 years of my life. Thank god for the select lecturers and Jaane for having our backs, they are the heros and the clue
