Disorganised finance department

I had recently visited Varsity College Durban North in December 2015 to register and pay for my 2016 studies. I had swiped my card for the full settlement which declined due to an error on varsity college's side . I thereafter had paid once again which had gone through successfully this time. After nearly 2 months I was notified that varsity college had deducted money a SECOND time . Now Varsity college has DOUBLE the fees which is bearing great inconvenience to me . I will be heading to the branch this Monday and I want this issue to be sorted out as soon as possible.
