Bad service
Registered my daughter Lesego More (with student number:***3) and paid registration fee R1750 about a week ago and also R7560 for the month, however we want to the branch to cancel, and was told by Sibongile that we have forfeited both amounts, we were never given a copy of the contract since we registered, she just made us sign here and there however we were never provided with a hard copy even when we cancelled were we provided with reference that we have forfeited both amount, so all we have is her word. I get that I can forfeit the registration fee but not the monthly fee, where is the contract because since this morning at 10am when I requested for a copy did they say they will give same to him, however it's 17hours now and still waiting. The registration is cancelled so o refuse to understand why they are now saying I can't get a refund when they are also failing to give me the contract.

As per your discussion with our admissions team, the cancellation terms and conditions are included in your signed contract, and a copy of this will be emailed to you today. This would be uploaded onto the students profile for access beyond registration under normal circumstances. For clarification, you have thus far paid the application fee, as well as the registration deposit. In terms of our policy, students who cancel prior to programme start are liable for 15% of annual fees. Thank you for submitting your formal notification of cancellation, this will be submitted to the cancellation committee for consideration, and an outcome provided thereafter.
