When bad times hit you, there's Varsity College to make it worse

So I've been studying with Varsity College since 2018, a long time. Then in 2020, the pandemic hit and like many South Africans, my family was unfortunate as the breadwinner (my account payer) was now unemployed. Varsity College had a fund for the people who couldn't afford to pay for the full amount of the fees, I wasn't accepted in 2021 but I managed to pay for that year.

By the way, it took 2 years for them to update my account payers and one of the customer relation people told private information to someone who was not my account payer or me. Then came 2022, the disastrous year, there was no communication about whether I was accepted or not, I didn't receive credit for a module that I have already done. Then at end of semester 1, a day before my last exam, I get a call saying that I have not paid for the amount for half of the semester, in order for me to go into the next semester, if I don't pay, then I will be deregistered. Let me remind you, a day before my exam, where I was learning off my phone because I could afford the textbooks. So I think we all know how that turned out.

Once semester 2 came, I didn't go to lectures, I didn't write any test or exam because I was told I would be deregistered if I don't make payment which I obviously wasn't able to. They said I must pay R90500 (I'm still trying to pay for semester 1) when I didn't even go to Varsity College for half of the year because I was told I would be deregistered for semester 2. All they care about is money. With the amount of money they charge, you would think that they would have a better administration staff.

Don't go there even if you are financially well, as your account payer might just end up unemployed and they will make you go into debt, literally. As much as I want to backup this campus as I have been there a long time, they really did cause a mental issue with regarding the finance alone. Im also debating on whether to post this, but I know that if I speak to them, they will not understand md
