Varsity College is just hungry for money

I am highly disappointed in the IIE Varsity College Westville Campus. My mother cancelled my 2020 regisitration way before the orientation week and the first semester even started and they told her that they would take 15% of the money she paid for my registration fee. A few weeks later she an email stating that she must write a letter to the principal to explain why she cancelled my registration and she did as she was told and also sent them documents that were proof that i was going to attend another institution. Instead of replaying to my mothers email thwy decided to phone me a week later to ask as to why I have decided not to study with them and the lady I spoke to sounded as if understood why I am no longer going to varsity college because I had also decided that I do not want to study for the degree I had app**** for at varsity college. Mind you not they had never rep**** to my mothers email and later on today after WEEKS OF NO REPLY! they tell her that she must pay R4750 on top of the money she paid for my registration and so now I am confused as to why she must pay R4750 on top of the registration fee when she had told them to cancel my registration way before the semester started and why she must pay that money. It honestly doesn't make any sense and now I am wondering if Varsity College is just hungry for money and doesn't care about anyone but themselves. I am truly disappointed
