Varsity college a delaying game in refunds

I needed a copy of my Degree and i had to pay R400 to get a copy ,i then get a email that they cant give me one as i got my diploma in 2003 ,so they said they would send me the money back .That was 28 November it is now 17 January and still no money,lots of excuses about they went on holiday and then oh you sent the wrong payment credentials amd now 21 days to wait .
