Varist college - pathetic

Is Varsity college *****ing my money?! I made a full payment of R33400 on the 22 January, for the year ahead. I’ve been emailing back and forth with the 3 different people; the Acedemic Operations Coordinator from both Cape Town and Johannesburg as well as the Programme Operations Manager of Varisty College for the last 7days - Only for my query to be forward to the next person, with no update or a response. The semester for online students start on Monday, 11th February 2019. My financial account is still showing R0,00 and my modules still have not been uploaded. Also, delaying the arrival of my textbooks. I have even visited the college, yet STILL no answers! I have upheld my end of the contract, i would expect varsity college to do the same. I have never experienced such bad service!
