Tuition fee refund
I cancelled my 2020 registration with Varsity College for a PGCE degree as I am going to do it at another institution and paid the full registration fees of R21 190.
On 5 December 2019, I received an email from Nana Mbutu from Student Records stating that I will be emailed the relevant forms for a refund to be made to me.
On 11 December and 12 December, 2 emails were sent to Nana requesting an update. To date I have still not yet received a reply.
It is so disappointing that I have not yet received a reply.
All I want is my refund of the R21 000 paid to Varsity College
