Terrible Institute
Varsity College has to be one of the worst institutions in the world. They are nothing but a money hungry institution that likes to bully people into paying it money for no reason.
I can’t believe that at a time like this where we are facing a pandemic we have to deal with such institutions that are bullying my mother into paying fees for a student who is not even attending their institute .
After 10 months of my mother trying to solve this issue of being forced into paying fees just because she had signed a form and her child never even stepped foot onto the Varsity College Westville campus because she had deregistered way before the academic year even started. She did everything that she was told to do, from writing a letter to the institute, to writing a letter to the principal which we think never reached to principal because they are constantly telling her that she won’t be able to talk to the principal for some odd reason.
Now they are threatening to take legal action on my mother for absolutely no reason. Imagine having to worry about the pandemic and now also having to face another pandemic called Varsity College which is blatantly trying to destroy my mothers name.
It makes no sense how she is has to pay close to R16000 just for filling in a form. Shouldn’t she be using that money to pay the fees for the institution that her child in attending and not some other money hungry institute.
It’s funny how they are threatening our parents over nothing. I am honestly disappointed in Varsity College and I hope more people realize what a horrible institute it actually is and more people take a stand against this bullying.

I would also would like to ask why you didn’t allow my father to have a meeting with the principal when he asked for a meeting to be scheduled, could it be because you don’t want our parents to have contact with the principal so that it can be easier for you to bully them into paying larger amounts of money for nothing.
Your excuse was because there is COVID-19 but you could’ve scheduled a zoom meeting I mean everyone is using them these days it’s not that hard.

Varsity college is just hungry for money and it’s funny how most of your students leave your institution before they even reach their final year because you guys charge our parents large amounts of money for nothing and try to tell them that your fees cost so much because you are a private institution when there a lot of other private institutions that provide the same services as Varsity college but their fees are cost why less than your institute.
You act as if you are a superior school that cares a lot about their students but there are so many people that I know that complain about how they never find proper jobs because people don’t take your institute seriously especially people that studied for an LLB.
