My problem with Varsity college's admin

I am a DBME student at Varsity college. In 2014 I was assisted with my registering for my outstanding modules required to complete my course (I specifically asked that I am registered for all and any modules required to complete the course). I passed some and failed a few 1st semester modules,and therefore had to register again for the year 2015 (once again asking that I am registered for all and any modules required to complete my course). After receiving my results after mid year exams, I was under the impression that I have completed my course.
